Authorisation Of Edusave Withdrawals Via Standing Order (SO)

From 27 July 2026, parents/guardians of Singapore Citizen students can access the MOE's Student Finance System (SFS) using Singpass to view and manage their child’s/ward’s Edusave account.

To facilitate the use of Edusave funds for approved school programmes, parents/guardians are required to complete a one-time setup of the Edusave Standing Order (SO) via SFS. This one-time authorisation allows the school to deduct approved programme fees from the student’s Edusave account once parental consent for participation has been obtained.

After the Edusave SO has been set up, there is no need for parents/guardians to repeat the process for future approved programmes. The SO will remain in effect until it is terminated by the parent/guardian.
